Estimates are provided on the checkout page, we do our best to ship things out promptly!

All orders protected through PayPal have extensive protections in place to keep everyone secure.
We are in the process of completing our site certification for additional payment processors.

Before any returns or refunds, you must contact the manufacturer to get help with any problems that may have occurred.

You have 15 days from time of purchase to contact the manufacturer, and if a solution can not be reached, you will have 30 days to return the item.

You are responsible for all return shipping and shipping charges are not refundable.
